Effegidi, thanks to its know-how in the world of technical laminates, is able to produce aluminum laminates intended for the production of oenological capsules for still and sparkling wine bottles. These are poly-laminates in typical ALU/PE/ALU structures equipped with the head and opening strip.         

Specifically, it is responsible for supplying the aluminum to develop the three main elements of which an enological capsule is composed: capsule, head and opening strip. 

By capsule we mean the colored aluminum foil, which can be printed plain or embossed and bi-laminated with polyolefin film. Lacquering, coloring and printing are defined together with the customer and custom designed.  

The head is the top disk also consists of an annealed, lacquered, colored and printed aluminum laminate. 

Third element is the strip, this is the aluminum tab that facilitates opening, giving the bottle an elegant and functional design.

Effegidi with its aluminum laminates makes it possible to produce oenological capsules as well as a safety seal that prevents the cork from drying out and air from penetrating the bottle allowing the perfect preservation of the product and making the bottle aesthetically more elegant and attractive.
